I was playing around with my freak inserts today and I noticed that the inserts are pushing all the way into the back. Actually, far enough that I can push them in through one end and out the other. Before I feel like they always stopped when they got to a certain point. is there some sort of stopper in the freak barrel backs that may have broken off?
It wouldn't be a problem but I think that as the air hits it again and again it would actually be pushed out the other end of the barrel.

Yes it is supposed to stop as soon as the insert is in. You should try modding the barrel a little or sticking tape on the top part of the insert when you put it in. Your welcome OP

If that doesnt work you can just contact freak or deadlywind and they will send you a replacement oring for the inside

I believe there should be 2 o-rings in the barrel back and I think they are a standard -019 size. May want to double check though.

Try them this week, last week they were at the paintball expo (trade show) in Va and left only 1 person to answer the phones.

the orings will hold it in with friction, but they should lock in with the front on if i remember right. then when you thread it into your gun it becomes a single piece pretty much.
