Autococker prostock

First off, I'm Chris I just got back into Playing after a 7 year hiatus. I have noticed in my community that pump action has grown and have always been interested. I was wondering if I could get a reccomendation on converting my prostock as far as pump kits (2004-2005 not sure what year got it off my brother for $70) any reccomendations would be appreciated along with any other coversions (12g co2 or compressed and small hoppers) thank you! I will post pics if need be for identification ( I also have a night shock?)

If you want to keep it on the cheap side pick up a $30 2k pump kit from ansgear.com or something like that. I have one on my Trilogy. It's certainly not as smooth as other kits but it works well enough.

For a tank I only like using a 68/45 tank for size and feel but that's personal preferance and it depends on the available fills in your area. You could also grab a 13/3k Ninja for under $50 if you want to stay really light and small.

For hoppers I have an Extreme Rage 100 round loader on the way. The reviews say they feed better than the 40 round GenX hoppers but still have a great low profile.

Hope that helps!

I don't know much about the stiffi kits but from what I hear they are good. For $70 it sounds like you got a steal.

what bores are in the stiffi kit?

IMO with pump cockers as long as you have compressed air and nicely underbored paint to barrel match you're good to go. you can also do cheap things like purchasing a spring kit(s) which will really let you dial everything in.

Hey, Castro here. Welcome to PbN!

Chances are the Stiffi barrel's bore kit doesn't go low enough anymore, but CCM backs are compatible and available in much smaller sizes. I recommend at least a .679 and .675.

I don't know what stock barrel you mean, but it probably won't work either. Paint has become very small in the last 2 years. Those CCM bores are all of $15 apiece.

stiffi backs dont go low enough to underbore smallest one is a 687. here in texas im having to use my freak kit to underbore pump guns with a 684 682 sizes id recomend just putting the tech t bore kit on your stiffi made mine more accuratte plus kept the quiter sound signature with carbon barrel.

I mentioned that you can use a CCM back, which is readily available still, and affordable. The Stiffi backs are surely out of production.
