Just recently purchased. The fx leaks under the bolt on initial air up. I push the bolt forward slightly and then it quits. I pull it back to original position and still no leak.

I know it's minor but weird. Any ideas?

BTW I have the hush bolt.

Make sure the bolt is in the proper position. I had mine in wrong once and it did something similar. Learned real quick how to seat it.

I have the techt ram and everything is lubed. It only does it in initial air up. After that no issues. Like I said minor but strange.

My G6R would do the same thing. I don't know what caused it, but it was easy to make it stop (same as yours) and it never caused a problem. I used it for a year that way.

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

Remove the ram and air up the marker. You should only hear a little air leaking from the noid to the ram when you first air the marker, after that, it should stop. If it keeps leaking continuously, then it's time to sevice the noid.

Had the same problem, never thought anything of it. Just kept the ram and bolt lubed (also using all techt stuff) eventually there was a huge leak from the solenoid (turned out it was the solenoid the entire time) anyway i wiped off the crap dp40 lube and put new lube on the solenoid and its been shooting fine since

yea biggest pain is just getting out the little pin in the solenoid if u dont have small enough tweezers. i ended up just gassing up the gun and letting the pin shoot out into my hand

Yes. I wouldn't recommend gassing your marker up though! Hahah

The solenoids are rock solid. Find a nice solid material, preferably softer than the noid like a solid piece of wood or countertop that you don't mind risking putting a scratch on and tap firmly until the piston pops out. Sometimes it'll take a few cracks at it but it'll budge enough to grab.

A wooden cutting board rocks for this.

It wasnt my brightest idea and was loud as all hell lol. Surprisingly it only pushed the pin halfway out though and i just grabbed it from there

Easiest way to get the noid out and I've done this with every DP marker, is to take the noid off the gun (make sure the screw side with the piston is open), put a nice rag on the table/whatever you're comfortable with, and slam the noid onto the table at an angle. Eventually it will come out. Works every single time I do it, and I can just grab the piston with my hand.

From what I've heard, the noids are very durable and can handle their fair share of beatings for being a noid so don't worry.
