Win 7 Question

Okay so I'm building a computer for a friend and bought the upgrade win 7 home premium, I made a back up disk from my computer and stuck it in his tower that has never had an OS, what file should I be looking for that contains windows or the SP-1 or something I can boot off of .

PS this is not my first build, more like my 7th.
