So let me ask you this (not trolling, genuinely curious about your answer).
The PSP charges $100 for a media pass (which they are well within their right to do), but if I decided I didn't want to pay for the pass, and sneak onto their fields and take photos, have they missed out on anything? What is the $100 for? What associated cost is there from having a photographer on the field?
I don't think they've missed out on anything, but the person is trespassing and should be ejected.
My quarrel isn't really with Larry. I'm fed up with photographers in general. Maybe its because they were formerly the players I hated with ****ty, entitled attitudes, but I'm sick of listening to them ***** about how awesome they are. Some guy just had the audacity to say that Lane was trying to bring down the PhotoMob because they were a group of veteran photogs willing to stand up and voice complaint for change. Give me a ****ing break.
I see Larry's point about the copyright laws. Perhaps my opinion of photographers colors my opinion on the copyright laws, but I don't feel any sympathy for something crying about a freaking DIGITAL PICTURE being "stolen".
