Geo leak
Don't really know what it is. Not a violent leak but noticeable. It's coming out of the grip frame, sounds like the solenoid, but the gun shoots perfect. Any ideas?

Try pin pointing the leak. Unscrew the frame from the body, and air up the gun.

When I turn the velocity screw in all the way the leak disappears completely, when it's all the way out it becomes louder

I am willing to bet your solenoid set screws are a little loose, take your frame off and while your geo is aired up tighten them up. Sounds like that penis shaped gasket, that is your main seal between solenoid and body, is not air tight

if that doesn't fix it, replace the solenoid seal. They can get nicked and leak a small amount. paintballshowcase has them for $5

I have the same problem with my solenoid! I pinpointed a leak in attached picture.
What exactly does that silver bearing do and is it possible to replace it?

I've seen two Geo 2's leaking from the press ball fitting. One was a friends, and he just never got it fixed because it didn't cause issues, and the other was my current Geo 2. I fiddled with mine forever, changed all the high pressure reg orings, changed the spool pack and pilot valve o rings, replaced the gasket and filter, even went as far as replacing the manifold housing.
Once I replaced the manifold housing, the leak was still present. I took it out this past weekend to play with and maybe a few minutes into being aired up, it stopped leaking entirely.
So first I'd check your gasket and filter, spool pack and pilot valve o rings. Replace them even if they look fine. Also it wouldn't hurt to change the regulator o rings, especially the inner o ring inside the top half of the adjuster as the reg maybe supercharging.
Hope this helps!

Fixed mine today. You have to take out the little screw on the back of the solenoid which will release the gold pin on the end, change the 4 small o rings on that pin.

Contact Gerry Bates at Planet if you are here in the US. Also register your gun, as you might still be under warranty. Either way they will fix you up with a service center and get you all sorted out.
