Im going can't wait!!! The first big game ill have played since Operation Market Garden at the Badlandz. This time i'll have my new A-5 and flatline Barrel!!!

Walk ons are always welcome but pre-registration makes it easier for the production staff to plan accordingly to how many players might be there.

Quick questions for Badlandz staff...

How does the game work? Is it split into 2 massive teams at the beginning of Saturday (Alliance and Independants) and you are on that side for the remainder of the entire game?

I've got a group coming with me - will we be able to play on the same team? Most of them have never played paintball before... Thanks!

Tim05, it is indeed split into 2 massive teams. Mark tries to make sure each side is as even as possible to ensure fairness. Typically, whatever side you begin plaing on you stick with for the remainder of the game (both days).

Mark will make sure your whole group gets to play together on the same side as long as you/they specify who they are there with. Try to be there as close to pre-game info time as you can (typically around 9:30).

I can't say whether it would be best to send a list of the folks you've got coming with you or not. The best thing for the game however is for ya'll to pre-register. It helps the field to more accurately gauge how many people might be coming plus it usually gives you a discount on your price for admission/paint.

I'll only be shooting at you if you play for the Alliance. You see, I'm slated to be the General for the Independents. So you can eliminate that threat by choosing to fight for us Browncoats.

I also didn't know you could choose sides - the Independents seem like the more fun side to play for. I'd rather have the rebel mindset then feel like I'm fighting for the man. Either way, look forward to seeing you there.

how does pre-registering work? i go on the badboyztoyz website and buy it online but how would i check in at the field wit my paint and admission?

I think you print off the receipt and bring it with you. Call the field and they can tell you for sure.
