SS is a very hard metal and wears tools very quickly. I don't think you will ever find someone willing to do Ti because it's even harder.

Not only that, but you're replacing a better material with aluminum!?! Better off just finding a used UL to freak bore. Hit up Super_Stanchy

SSC won't, but the Tonsixers will, you'll likely have to deal with them on MCB though. 2slow4me will at least do SS, not sure on Ti.

While I never really understood boring out a UL unless you were trying too keep a stock barrel look on a dye gun, I would imagine that titanium would be too tough to work with.

UL's don't weigh anything, and you have more of a tip selection. I love mine!

Search feature is a good friend.

But if you do get one or both bored better be using some ss inserts. Like NJE said, get a UL and use that. same result for this application for less money.

Hey buddy, I am about to have this done to one of my titanium boomsticks... the old school style. I was curious to see if anyone else has tried it so I did a search and voila! Great minds think alike.

I found someone who is going to make the attempt. They are one of the best machinists around. I will let you know how it works out and then who they are.
