Two shots of fun
The project
Double barrel shotgun style marker
I have the basic design all figured out just need ideas for a firing control VALVE of some sort that can run on co2 and does not require resetting after each shot. The plan is to shoot the two shots crack the barrels reload and reseat the barrel and fire. The firing mechanism needs to run entirely off of co2 pressure with no external parts moving between the barrel and the back of the marker.
I need ideas please help make my project leave the ground
I want something way better than a goblin Duce that don't **** work reliably.

I'd check out the valves that Air Soldier has. They're the place to go when doing custom builds generally. They have a decent selection.

If there was such a thing as a valve that would work that way, we wouldn't see moving parts in paintball guns.
My recommendation would be to look at Palmer Pursuit's double barrel guns. They don't break down like a shotgun but they clearly are more complex that just a valve. You can either do a mech or electro version. An electro would be pretty easy as you could build it off two ions or something but CO2 may not be the best match for electro. Be sure to include enough volumizers/regulators to make sure the gun doesn't die. A mech may be harder but still doable. You could probably go with a spyder or tippmann base to keep it simple (no external pnuematics like on cockers). All three of these guns can be had for very cheap, you just have to find what will work best for your shotgun design.

I was thinking maybe a pair of tippmann TiPX VALVE assembly may work well if I could figure out what the small threading they use to connect the co2 lines to the reg. and firing valve are so I could connect a macro line to the assembly. Anyone have any idea?

The best I got is use a pilot valve, similar to an MQ valve.

Got a direct link to where I can buy one and a picture of the valve would be great.

This mama jamma is cool
You might like this, you can buy the shells separately and I bet you could even buy a couple of these and gut them to get yourself a good trigger group, just add some longer barrels...

A really good idea i may try to sketch something or draw it up to help you. but basically where the thing splits open the back of each barrel has an oring to seal each barrel. then have the air run through the stock and split so when closed you will pull the trigger opening a valve in the grip forcing air through the grip down the barrel propelling both balls. and once you let the trigger go valves close.

Had picture couple days ago. The blue area is where I need to fit two tpx air valve and reg assemblies. With trigger and firing controls.

Thats what I got so far I'm at the point at which I need to find someone who can take my photo to the next level. Computer render of some type with angles and real dimensions so I can go to the next level.
