Always the issue, isn't it? Especially for a European company, getting products to the US market involves incurs certain additional costs.

They said there was a problem with Annodizing and they are working on it, I'm waiting on my barrel to do some testing, hope the person who got theirs is testing it compared to other barrels.

Interested in this, but is the price $30+ shipping per some previous posts? But just curious if there have been any reviews on these?

I want to apologise again but as you know, we had a slight delay in production caused by a serious Annodyzing problem.
We are a new company and we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Ofcourse we could send out our previous batch but it was not perfect and we want our products to be of the best quality.
I would love to say that we will not have any more problems but that is not professional as we never know what obstacles and surprises we can meet in our way. We can promise though, we will deal with them in a professional manner to meet our customers' expectations.
All our parcels will be sent on Monday and Tuesday. Chad - yours too.
Sorry again for the delay...

no worries, communication is a big key to success. We don't mind waiting as long as we know your working on a resolution and not fading into the dark. Really excited to try this out as I hope others will be.
New company's will have growing pains, but it's how you handle those situations that can determine your fate.

E-mails back and forth with Shadow seem positive, looks like they are planning to ship my barrel tomorrow, good to hear. I hope to see more of these in the US over the next few months.

Ok guys my Shadow Shake arrived today. For anyone not familiar at this point the Shadow shake is the 2 piece Shadow barrel. I chose the .687 back as that's what paint runs in my area. I'm impressed so far, but only having it this afternoon I have done backyard testing.
I took my Titanium Longbow .688 back out first and lined up 2 bottles (gatorade small) and 6 cans as well as painted a target on a tree. The longbow my son knocked down 2 of the bottles/cans in 2 shots or less and had 5 out of 12 shots in the center which was about quarter size. He was about 50 yards out.I knocked down 3 of the bottles/cans and got 8 out of 12 in the center with the Longbow.
We switched to the Shadow Shake and he knocked down 6 of 6 in 2 shots or less and got 8 out of 12 in the center. I knocked down 5 of 6 in 2 shots or less and got 9 of 12 in the center. Hoping to do some on field testing soon, but I'm excited about this barrel.

I won mine through a contest they were having on facebook so I can't say what the price is. I have both an aluminum and a carbon fiber tip and the Carbon Fiber is obviously lighter, but both tips appear to perform the same.
I'll be heading back to my local field on the 23rd to do a field test with the barrel and I'll be sure to give my results.

if you don't like Shadow over on facebook I suggest you go do it, they are looking for a team to use their barrels and also running a discount for your old/broken barrels towards a shadow Shake.

As promised I took the Shadow to my local field, I play rec ball only and use a 2003 matrix. I generally use a Titanium Longbow kit, but today I used the Shadow Shake I got from Shadow and I can honestly say my Longbow kit will now be staying in my bag. I was able to place balls right where I was aiming using the field's cheap paint. I played 15 rec games and was only eliminated 1 time. About halfway through the day I was hearing "We want the guy with the blue gun" , that's me.
I was picking off toes, masks, and pod packs hanging out which doesn't happen for me. Overall I am 100% impressed with the product and recommend it to anyone.
