Pectoral Fever

Alright so I'm a tall skinny kid that is fast and fit. But my problem is I have absolutely no chest muscles. Anybody have a link to a website, or your own personal workout that is good for developing chest muscle?

Eat a lot of food and do chest exercises (bench,flies, etc)

what smart parts player said, if you don't have a gym membership or access to weights then you could always do variations of the push-up

Theres no special routine or special hidden excercise that will get you a large chest if thats what youre looking for. Just basic movements like barbell bench, dumbell bench, cable and dumbell flies will do it. To make muscle your body needs more calories per day than it burns too, so eat a lot of protein and carbohydrates. aka what smart parts said. eat everything in sight.

eat a lot of good food like carbs, fruits, vegetables, and protein. avoid sugary food, fried food, and foods full in fat. Make sure you are getting plenty of good carbs because its what gives your body energy and lets your muscles work hard. For workouts do bench presses and flys. ONLY DO THESE 2 times a week 3 AT MOST. If you work them out more then that you wont see results as fast because your muscles dont have time to recover. For after workout the thing that helped me put on the most muscle was a glass of chocolate milk. Protein shakes are really unnecessary because you dont need that much protein in your diet and can receive the right amount through a good diet. Good luck but dont expect big results after just a few weeks it takes some time but it will be worth it

I found some good soy yogurt. It is packed with protein haha. I ate some after my flies and bench press.
