A question for the scientific folk

Just wondering, what is the larger scale?

Quantum Foam > Human

Human > Current farthest point in the universe

?

A quick googling has lead me to believe that quantum foam theory can describe particle interactions at a plank length level.

Foam = 1.616199×10^−35m
Human = 2m
Observable universe = 4.348x10^26m

Yeah, that's really small.
