Good with econ? Not exactly. But I'm competent and have taken classes, so I might be able to help a little.

I have 3 chapters worth of information that needs to be in my brain by tomorrow morning.
I has ****ed.
What would you say the key things to know are on an exam that is covering mostly GDP, The expenditure method, CPI and shortcomings, Circular flow?, and Business Cycles (Definitions mostly?)
For my first midterm, which focused largely on supply and demand, most of the SG was useless and the exam itself was largely comprised of questions referencing a supply/demand curve and analyzing hypothetical economic situations. So I dono what kind of an exam this material will merit. The class is Macroeconomics.

Can't really help you there since I don't have the chapters in front of me but economics is mostly about understanding the theories and how one thing affects another.

The second test we did was a 1 mile walk (had to walk) on a track, where we then used our age, weight, mile time, and heart rate to calculate our VO2 max.
The step test said it was 49.2, the mile walk calculated it as 48.7. Neither of them are accurate as being hooked up to a machine that actually measures O2 intake, but given that they were pretty close, I'd say they were fairly precise. In addition, my MET max, based on the mile walk, was 13.9

I'm taking a personal training course right now and we just covered that. Fitness assessment chapter was lame. AFAA?

I had to look up what AFAA is, but this is for my major. Next year I get to do actual exercise testing and prescription, for both metabolic and muscular exercise.

Anyone else hate it when someone goes to the squat/dead rack and puts 20 lbs on each side of the bar to do curls?

seriously dude? "curling in the squat rack" is like the quintessential "hey look what this moron is doing in my gym" thing to say. It's practically a meme.
And no I don't hate it, if I need the only rack in my gym to squat I tell them to do that somewhere else cause I need the rack.

I prefer to work out alone. It enables me to concentrate on the lessons that the Iron has for me. Learning about what you're made of is always time well spent, and I have found no better teacher. The Iron had taught me how to live. Life is capable of driving you out of your mind. The way it all comes down these days, it's some kind of miracle if you're not insane. People have become separated from their bodies. They are no longer whole.

Those born with a silver spoon in their mouth don't need to worry about trivial concepts like working.
