Don't know if you can take away anything from FP2 other than HRT are crap again. It'll be an interesting qualifying. That's for sure.

With Kolles leaving taking all the employees and equipment, I'm surprised they even have a car with 4 tires at this point. I wonder what the over/under is on how many races they actually qualify for? Granted, the FIA isn't exactly known for strictly enforcing the 107% rule but at some point, they have to realize HRT is just dangerous out there with no downforce and reliability issues.

Like 2 AM for the qualifying, I think same time for the race if you want it live on Speed. Otherwise they play it again at 2 in the afternoon on Sunday.

Qualifying was quite enlightening. I'll put spoiler tags on in case people haven't seen it.

Ferraris are terrible. They've been bad at the beginning of the year for the past couple seasons.



Brawn is going to try and cheat his way to another championship.



Red Bull has some work to do but the fact that Webber qualified as well as he did is odd. Maybe they aren't that far off McLaren.



McLaren car is badass. (I'm a Hamilton fan. Sure, he wines a lot but he also drives like a mad man and is excellent in the wet.)

Same thing happened with the double decker diffuser. Getting a ruling will take half the season and if other teams don't start copying it now, they will be so far behind by the time there is a ruling.

Hamilton really got hurt on that SC. I think Vettel had more pace than Hamilton towards the end but they were close enough where passing Hamilton would have been fun to watch. That's racing though. I do like the fact that they are letting lapped cars go around. No need for back markers to be in the ray at a restart.
