It feels cheater than the rotor, holds less, is more complicated, is not as battery efficient, and the lid popped open every time I dove when I had mine

i think i would hold out on world cup before i buy a geo3 (if it released next event). Only because i know PE would make some nice colors just for world cup. They're gonna reuse the colors from the current lines.
i love my rotor but i've had a few jams, tried my friends Z2, didn't think it could outdo my rotor so i think i'll pick up a v2 for like $70 for backup.

Z2s are nice, but they are breakable.
Rotos are Lindestructibe.

IDK about "Lindestructible." I watched my brothers v2 jam durring a point and when he got shot out of his bunker he hucked it and then had to pick up the little pieces that were left. Needless to say, he went out that evening and picked up a z2 and only uses his other rotor as a backup. I guess it comes down to experiences that you have had with each. Ain't going to lie, I love my rotors, but I have had a few jams with my v2 durring points and it is frustrating. My v3, on the other hand, runs like a champ! I have not tried the z2 yet in tourney play. For that I'll have to buy one I guess. Don't want to ruin someone else's putting it through the paces.

I went from Rotor to Z2 back to Rotor also. They're nice, but they feel flimsy and cheap and that kinda annoys me. If they had a more secure way to hold the speedfeed/lid closed, I'd possibly try one again. Somebody should design a speedfeed for it that not only uses the magnets it's designed with, but also is sandwiched in place somehow by the two shell halves. Who cares if it would no longer function like a lid, that's what the lid's for.

I like the fact that all you have to do to use a rotor is turn it on. There are no settings or other crap to deal with. Seems like the Empires you have to fine tune to get them to work for your marker and playing style. Also the rotor has a smaller profile to me. IMO

I did the migration from Rotor to Z2 as well. Don't know if I'd go back
