Most regs will fit most tanks, there are only a few old tanks and regs that wont work with newer tanks/regs.

Not clear on what you are asking. Are you looking for one reg that you can connect to more than one tank at the same time?

Yes, same question as above. But if you are looking a 2 - 1 connection than maybe a scuba shop might have one.

A SCUBA shop wouldn't have something like that for paintball tanks. Scuba tanks have valves on them, not regulators. The regulator is attached seperately. I know what kind of design you are thinking of though.
