CFOA D6 3-man Question
My team has signed up for the d6 event in Rockhill and I noticed that there are only 6 teams signed up and 4 teams paid for. Is there still going to be an event in Rockhill or will we be moved to Greenville or another place cause my team has already paid for a hotel and everything and we need to know ASAP so we can cancel the reservations.

Dorrito side of the field rumor you heard is probably BS. And I am sure they will still hold the day. I played the D6 3man last season, one date only had 4 or 5 teams and we still played. But no semi's nor a 3rd place prize. I am sure you will still play.

No one knows the layout b/c i have not built it yet. Always plan on us having the event unless you see a post from Ken or my self saying different. We even played in 6 inches of snow last season.

There WILL be an event. I don't think they've cancelled one yet. Dorito side rumors are likely crap as the field isn't usually built until the day of/before and no one really knows the layout.

tbh the dorito side rumor is probley true. they normally deflate the dorito side on 3 man tourneys. at least to my experience.

One event last season they let the D5 and D6 play each other in prelims just to get people more games.

Anyone know is it possible to play on a d5 team for the cfoa 5man and still play on my d6 3man team.and im ranked beginner now.

You should be able to finish out a D6 3 man season whilst playing D5 5-man since the mid-season points won't matter until the D6 season is going to end for you and you bump to D5 3 man.

Yes. You should be able to. You rank should not increase until mid season(if it does at all) and by that time you should be playing in the regional championship if your team qualifies. Either way, after that your team should be moving to D5 5 man, so it won't really matter.
