Sorry but no. We limit bumps to your own threads. We don't want people bumping threads when the item is sold or the seller isn't watching the thread anymore.

Now I see how this is good for "us" the guys who sell...but how does this help pbnation?...I would have thought youd shy away from something pushing people to post more because of the spam an the extra work on trying to keep people in line.

But it is more traffic for the site. Which means more people showing their threads on Facebook, google+, etc which means possibly more people coming to the site. Or at least that is what I see

From what I can see, This actually helps PBN by bringing in additional money to the site. Advertising rates are determined by the traffic/post/screens/views etc. You up the activity, the rates go up...automagically!!

Fantastic idea!
While I'm sure it will cause an influx of post spam with the hope that people will be able to shave off an hour or two, or more, for the most part I think it will prove more useful for those of us who are the small guy and already post often enough, or just under enough, to reap the benefits of this tweak to the system.
