this.

Alot of people ill tell you they do it after everyday of play, its not necessary and can sometimes even lead to problems. Dont overdo things. Every few cases or if it really needs cleaning (bad batch of paint, chopped/barrel breaks) etc...

i generally do egos and geos every 5 cases.... i dont see why the etha would be any different

maybe test it... dont lube it for 5 cases if you dont have any issues 5 cases is where its at.... if you have issue on the 4-5th case maybe lube on the 4th case through it

planet eclipse advertises the etha to be very reliable so i would wager you could go for a good while with out lubing it.

consistency over a chrono would decrease but still usable.
well atleast it was for my old ego's

You should lube your gun after every use, but as said above the Etha is very durable and reliable that you probably only need to lube it every other week depending on whether you play.

Not true, some markers don't operate well if you put on new lube so often. You want the lube to settle and have time to get a chance to soak and do it's job.

I would lubricate every few cases of paint, do a full break down and seal replacement every 10 cases or so, or as needed due to failure. The best way to gauge how often you really need to replace seals is to physically inspect them every other case or so that goes through the marker. You would be able to get a better idea of how fast your marker chews up o rings this way.

I normally pull everything and inspect after every day of play. Have done this for 10 years and it seems to work. Not every gun it the same as far as lubing goes. Some need it every day (shocker sft) while others can go about a month with no need (ego) It all depends on the gun and the area you play. If its really dusty i lube no matter what and to a full tear down.
