Hey guys, bought a broken Defiant 2 on eBay to try and fix it.

The problem is, when you plug in a tank the air doesn't reach the hammer and push it back. So instead of being cocked back when it's aired up, you can still easily move the bolt back and forth as if there were no air. The thing is, if you quickly push the the bolt forward, air still shoots out of the bolt.

I tried relubing the LPR and HPR and putting them back together. Also, if I air it up with the LPR taken off, air comes out of the LPR plug, so air is definitely going through some parts of it.

Any help would be great, thanks!

Make sure the LPR is set to the pressure needed.

Just cause air is going to the lpr doesn't mean it's getting through it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Changed the LPR pressure and didn't make a single difference to its reaction though.

Make sure none of the internal hoses are pinched.

With air you can also manually cycle the solenoid by pushing the little red button on the side of it. If air is getting to the solenoid it will make the gun fire, If not then the LPR is not set correct or something is blocking the air lines.

or stuck noid, sometimes it will get gummed up in the orings for the noid ram.
