A trigger is pretty much all you need. Don't buy any bolts or power tubes as the stock ones will be just as good if not better.

Also any bst posts will be deleted. Please pm the op instead of posting in this thread

I also agree on not upgrading it anymore. If you had to get something, it would have to be a metal ratchet upgrade to replace the plastic parts under the cyclone.

That's it. I don't even think a double trigger is necessary.

I would look into getting an HPA tank if you haven't done so already. Of course that is assuming fills are readily available.

For your set up I would recommend a 45/45 (45 cubic inch/4,500 PSI) or a 50/45 tank. Unless you shoot a ton of paint either of those would work. If you have an itchy trigger finger you may want to think about a 68/45, but it just might be too long to use the stock properly.

I would recommend either a Crossfire bottle with a Stealth System reg or a Ninja set up. If you want either a 45/45 or a 68/45 I am partial to Crossfire. I have used their products for years and have never had an issue with them. I also had a chance to test out the Stealth System during the prototype stage. If you have your heart set on a 50/45 than you will have to go with Ninja.

It really depends on your style of play. If you only play woodsball, that single trigger should do just fine. If you play speedball, I'd get rid of the stock and site and get a double trigger and compressed air. Compressed air is always a good upgrade regardless.

There not a whole lot you can tack on that will be an actual upgrade. Yes, you can get metal internals and such... But it would be a bit pointless.

At this point, your marker has achieved the most it will ever get too. It is limited by the fact it is a 98, sadly - its uses an older, obsolete valve design. There is not much you can do to change the whole "its blow-back" thing.

I personally recommend getting a second marker. Of course, that is not a decision to be taken lightly. Judging by your marker you are a fellow woods ball fanatic - have a look into the TM7, TM-15 and the X7 Phenom.

I would ditch the optic and stock, and I would (and did) get the Fang and a Palmer's Male Stabilizer. If you use HPA, it's not quite as necessary, but you'll still see an efficiency/consistency (which equates to accuracy) improvement.
Here's a pic of mine. PPS Stabilizer, Fang, APE board, center-feed, and an Evil barrel that cost me $11. The ASA is replacing my Planet Eclipse one, which isn't working, but I have no reason to fix it. Not the pretties girl in at the party, but she get's the job done.

What kind of regulator is on your tank? & What is its output pressure?

If he's using a Crossfire the output is probably 800-850psi. I'm guessing it would be the stock reg that comes with a Crossfire tank.

drop the drop, scope and rail.

Get a nice On/Off ASA with purge or something like the Infinity or Bob Long Xpress mount ASA, then snag yourself a Deadlywind RVA along with a barrel with a bore around .685-.680.

Then just TechT's new cyclone paddles and you're set.

Seriously. The barrel, scope, drop and stock are ridiculous.

Remember, this is paintball, not war. Long barrels are as good as ****. 14" is maximum before you kill your consistency and efficiency.

Tacamo Mag kit

Get the tacamo magazine body conversion kit! it makes your marker work off 20 round magazines which will give it a realistic look and make it stand out!

If you want to make it as "best as possible" why are you still using a tippmann 98? I Am NOT! bashing the 98, i've got 4 of them and love everyone. trust me i'vepoured way too much money into each one of them also. If your buying the parts retail, like the cyclone feed and egrip, and what ever your gonna spend a MINIMUM of 100 on each of those parts right? with a few smaller price tags, for the ... stock and what ever. thats a roughly 150 marker bought new, with at least 200 put into it, thats over 350, for a few bucks more you can go with a x7 phenom, has everything your putting into this one, plus so much more, all it needs is a 12" palmers brass and you're king of your town!

You should get a zerokick hammer for it. You would think that your marker doesn't really kick back that much, but you will definitely know the difference once it is stalled.
