Wish I would have brought a new set of lungs, pair of legs, and a new back. First day was awesome! But boy I am going to pay for it tomorrow. Next time I'll definitely and specifically train for this. 88 to 90 heat and humidity. I did force myself to drink a TON of water and ate trail mix throughout the day. Kept myself hydrated fairly well. But boy, my back is killin me now. Hopefully that hotel bed will be nicer to me tonight

Wasn't there but when I play in the heat I always try and remember to pack some sunscreen. Surprised it took 4 pages for someone to mention it. Bananas and oranges are great to have in the ice chest for quick, easy snacks!
