No kick with mine either. The one thing that urks me the most when people talk about the Etha is that it sucks because it doesn't shoot like their $1,500 marker. This marker for it's price point is perfect. It's air efficient, quiet, little kick, and light. As far as upgrades? The only thing I would like to see for it would be an OLED board but that is purely preference for me.
I've been playing for going on 16 years now and the Etha has become my main marker. I even benched my Axe.

the only thing that bothers me is that the psp its not just 3 pulls and it kicks in but maybe a board will change that

I want TechT to make a bolt like their hush and Kush series, but for the Etha. It would be nice to replace the "Ping!!" with a "Poof".

Kinda starting to like the "Ping"... I'm more interested in grips, the frame is starting to feel small to me now... Idk maybe I'm just crazy..

Just shoot straight semi, problem solved!

^ I agree semi only I have anodized my purple etha's Asa aswell as a pops Asa and the reg swivel and barrel tip to match looks sweeter. Just trying to get my hands on a 45 degree swivel. I also installed a violent trigger for personal preference

Picked up and installed the violent trigger last night, first thing I noticed was that none of the side to side play was removed.
Upon closer inspection I saw that the bearings were literally moving up and down between the frame and the violent bearing cap. The bearing cap wasnt during its job because it wasnt seating down into the bearing race, and wasnt sitting on top of the bearings.
It's hard to explain... but by using an exacto knife, I was able to take a very small amount of material (about 1/16") from both sides of the top of each bearing race- 4 spots total. This allowed that bearing cap to rest on the bearings and remove almost all of the side to side play in the trigger. Worked out nicely
