Shocker NXT vs. Etek2

Hey guys,
So I'm wanting to start getting more competitive in paintball, this last fall i bought an Azodin Zenith, and I played my first 5 man tourney with it. Loved the tourney scene but the marker not so much.
I found a used Shocker NXT and Etek2 for sale for 275$ each. (is this a good price)
Which is better? Gun vs. Gun.
I wanna know the features of each/ pro and cons
Thanks for your help!

More efficient
Easier to maintain
More reliable
Better dtock board
Much better asa

Much smoother
Stock, prone to bolt stick/fsdo. You may make it through half a case fine, walk on the field and the marker wont cycle. Easily remedied by an aftermarket adsembly but a pain when it does happen. Keep it well lubed and it shouldnt be a huge issue.

I wpuld go with the etek, unless the sgocker has had a good amount of money put into upgrades.

275 is about 50 more than id pay. Etek 3s go in bst for 3-325
Shockers arent worthuch more than 200, 225 being the most id pay

Etek will be more user friendly and simple to set up day to day. Seen shockers set up right and they run beautifully, also seen the opposite and its not too pretty. Both will be good markers if your willing to work with them. Personally I would look for a dm7 or 6 though. My dm7 is still my favorite feeling shot of any marker I've tried.

Stock NXT bolt works pretty well, actually. Better than the stock SFT bolt, in any case. Would be better with a spring mod or an aftermarket springed bolt, but i digress. Much smoother, yes, main advantage to any spoolie. But like most spoolies, maintenance isn't a picnic. Sooo many o-rings! But i love spoolies. However, I'd want to pay less for a used NXT. $250 at most.

For that matter, i'd expect to pay less for the Etek2, about same price range. Etek2 really benefits from a Zick kit (hammer upgrade), which would be my personal requirement for getting that (either knowing it currently has it, or knowing someplace i can get it - current Zick kit won't fit the older eteks).
