On another serious note:
Remember that the weather for this time of year can vary throughout the day, be sure to dress in layers and HYDRATE!
Sodas at lunchtime are not good for you..drink WATER!.
Keep a mustard packet in your gearbag in case of cramps from dehydration and eat a banana in the morning.
Start hydrating a week or more prior to your game!
Walk the field prior to play for new obstacles or hidden ice.
I know alot of players are in hibernation this time of and this may be your 1st game in a few months. A few steps of prevention may just save your life!
