luxe problems

i bought a luxe from a guy who sold me a broken gun i have been putting money into this and im getting tired of just fixing some problems is there someone that i can send this to and get it completly fixed. maybe can i get someone from dlx to contact me this is getting anoying paying 750 then having to put in over 200 more just to get it to finally shoot.

Just send it to DLX, http://luxepaintball.com/support/index.html

Either sign in or make an account, then make a RMA number, click "Open new RMA". Then go from there. After you are all done give wherever you send it, GoG or DLX a call and they will get your gun up and running. Here is the DLX/GoG info thread, http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=3290354 .

There is no point in emailing them, they will just tell you to call them/

Also if that guy actually sent you a broken gun and he didn't tell you anything was wrong with the gun, I would file a paypal claim (if you paid through paypal) and if you didn't talk to him about it and see if you can get him to help out with the cost or something.

the guy said it was ment and he is saying he ment the outside condition of it and he sent some money aka 40 dollers and said that should be enough. but ill look into sending it to dlx

what is actually wrong with the luxe? and if you have receipts, just send them to him and be like look i spent $200, you got to give me at least back. If I got a gun that did not work I would send it right back.

Well they guy is no longer responding to anything i send to him so he will no longer help out, he never even posted feed back for the transaction becasue i left him a neutral feedback. that was before i knew what all was wrong with the gun. As of now i have replaced all the orings i have had to buy a new board and a new battery for it, and after the second time i aired it up the solinoid is leaking like crazy it shows signs of it being cracked. And also the eyes are falling apart they are no longer staying in place so i will more than likely have to replace those aswell.

I know it isnt ideal but I ran a luxe with no eyes capped at 15 bps for almost a year and I had no problems with it. Since you already spent so much money and it isnt working, I would just send it to DC19 or DLX and just pay what you gotta to get it working.

that is more than likely what i will do if the new noid i ordered does not fix it.

Got any pictures of the "cracked" noid? Interested to see this. Also where exactly are the eyes falling apart? Pics plz...

You cant really see the crack but you can for sure hear it i can post a video later. And with the eyes the little peice on the back that holds it between the prongs has come off and im using cardboard to half way hold them in place ill post pics in a few min.

the second goes on the back of the eye and it holds it in place it is like that on both sides but on the opposit side i dont have the little peice

Yeah those eyes are eff'd, before you order a new noid though send it to DC19 and let him look at it. Might not be the noid (could be reg seat or something simple) at all and could save you some $$.

i already ordered the noid but ya i apparently bought the gun everyone took good parts off or something because the battery was not charging had to get a new one board was fried orings were torn to shreads. its just been a problem.

1. The leaking from the solenoid could just be the regulator over-pressurizing. Swap the reg with a reg off another marker and see if the issue goes away.

2. The eyes are the easiest part to break - I broke mine quickly too... I just stopped using them. The 2.0 eyes are nicer.

3. The leaking in the bolt area could just be a bad lube job or a bad o-ring, easy fix. Overlube the outside bolt o-rings on the can to try and make a better seal. You can replace the o-rings later but usually over lubing them will give you a seal for testing.

4. Start a theft report on the user and explain all the issues in a clear cut manner.
