i'm on .028?
people that are having problems with mtx use the utillity extractor provided in the link, its the second link on the page, then scroll down and download version .0028 after extract through the extractor they provided and update from there.

Got it to work. Was using the desktop icon to launch not the mtx one. Holy **** CRAILGUN lolwut.
Also, can't change my resolution. FFS.

i think 800x600 is the highest that game ever had haha
some of the new clan mechs are just retarded, there is like a light mech on there that all it is, is a pair of machine guns and a erppc lazer with legs haha.
so many mechs i've either only seen in mech commander 2 or just heard of in the old books.

After changing the file extension to .zip and extracting it the .exe won't respond.
Changing the extension back to .mtx and using the mtx file extractor yields an error half way through that reads "Extractor process disrupted. Are you updating out of order? Canceling."
Goddamnit.

I figured it out. Resolution only changes when you go into battle. Menu screens will stay at default, which is crap. I was using 2 full lances of battlesuits as my lancemates and me in an uziel. Many lulz were had watching my computer teammates get decimated by 2 stars of enemy mechs.

Must be the fact that I'm trying to install the .0017 version.. I really don't feel like spending the time trying to find the patches in non-torrent downloads.
Guess I'll just play Vengence or ME2 or something.

I would, but I haven't been able to find the .0028 file in a non-torrent download.

for mw4 i used some saitek pc controller that worked really well, 2 joysticks, set the triggers to forward/reverse, click them for jump/zoom, and had 6 buttons on the right for weapon groups.
