Etek 4
Hey guys! I am looking into getting a Planet Eclipse marker and I want an Etek! Would a etek 4 be coming out soon!?

if they were going to do another one it would most likely be soon because the etek 3 came out in 2009. correct me if im wrong. I havent heard anything about plans for one though.

As stated, if the Etek were to be released roughly once every two years, as has been the case up to now, then we would be due an Etek4 any time, but there have been no rumours of one being due for release.

Making a 10% change every year seems silly.
Do what car manufacturers do, change the model every 4 years, but offer different colors every year.

they just put out the etha. cant imagine they will do an etek 4

An Etek 4 would just cut into Etha sales and vice versa. If they DO make a 4, it won't be until next year at the earliest.
From what I've heard they are not going to make any 'new' markers until there is an increase in the technology to allow for a noticeable improvement.
Besides, whats wrong with getting a new Etek 3?

Etha and Etek are designed for technically different markets. However, the Etek 3 is still a valid marker. I don't see it happening, but who knows.

Well the teaser pics does suggest that one is coming and probably pretty soon being that it is a bi-annual marker. And as the past has shown when P.E releases a teaser a gun is soon to follow.
