E-Grip on Spyder Shutter?

I been out of the game for a while and sold all my other guns but still have my 1st gun which is my spyder shutter java edition. I was interested in getting an electronic grip for it. I am not looking for the most expensive one but something reliable. One I saw at a decent price is called the smart tech electronic grip with blade trigger.

1. Is this compatible with the spyder shutter?
2. Does anyone have any solid reason to avoid this grip?

P.S One side note: I am also looking for a good spring kit, I heard madman was a good one to get? I am trying to increase tension to bring up my velocity, it's on the low side. Thank you for the help!

this is just my opinion but i would leave the shutter a mech. and for the money to upgrade it you could find a newer pilot or vs1 at very least for around 60-80 bucks. trinity is a good spring kit. you probably just need a fresh spring the older one probably lost its coil tension.

Get your hands on an used 08/09 electra. Big step forward for kingman. Not going to steer you away, but these days the e-frame on a shutter is just going to be a blender with out some cash and know how. The new guns are pretty setup out of the box and even if you get a new pilot of fenix, a reg can still be slapped on to get the gun working like the electra.

I would leave the Shutter the way it is. When the Shutter came out, I bought a Mako Storm electronic grip and the Shutter became a blender! I beleave the rof is around 5 bps and the the lack of eyes chopped every single time I used it.
