change the spool spring. I had the same issue with my NT10. Changed/relubed every oring in the marker and it would not cycle.

I put the none brass spool spring in and it works. The marker would not cycle with the brass spool spring.

Battery? Other than that it sounds like the noid is gummed up.

I know that if my presures are low or my battery is dead my 11 does this. Also if u pull the trigger to test , have you tried just setting it to psp and rolling the trigger to attempt to clear the noid I know sometimes you can get it to fire.

cleaned it and got nothing i think it is time to send her to dye i have never delt with their customer service how are they?
