I'm not sure if this is the correct thread but I am wondering if anyone has any experience with the UL titanium back. I as about to grab a CF boomstick and then saw this but haven't came across anything new really on the titanium back.

What are the differences between the CF boomstick and the titanium back. Both 688. I've neer used much else besides the UL backs. Any information on the UL Titanium back would be much appreciated.

there is no differenz between the normal and the titanium back, the only thing is that the backs have different materials and different prices

Isn't the ti back a little heavier

Go with the cf back, its lighter, longer control bore and it just looks bad asz

Yes the ti back is heavier than a ul back. I love mind it's one I the best barrels ever made IMO

I love the CF backs, longer control bore with SS internal sleeve.

Thanks for the responses. Seems to me that most favor the titanium for its longevity. But if its no better then the UL back then it won't be worth the $140 price tag.

The CF boomstick works with all UL tips correct? I have a custom annodized tip and would like to keep using it.
