They haven't done anything yet. If they do something stupid we will take the necessary action with Authorization from the Congress first.
There is very little to go on as far as a nuclear weapons program. They also are a very very long time away from developing a delivery system that could hit us. All the propaganda and saber rattling is bull****, they have done this to us time and time again in just the last 2 decades think of how the machine has drummed up war after war only for us to realize later those wars were pointless or had some shady **** going on in the background?
