The first question we need to decide as a conference is what specific date to make it. Rick would prefer Sunday, the 25th - they are hosting a scenario event the 24th. HOWEVER, Rick assured me that having both on the same day will present no problems - he has more than enough staff, paint, and his compressor/air system is more than able to handle running both. Typically, college events are held on Saturdays for transportation reasons for teams making a drive...but I don't think that should be too much an issue for most of the teams in the conference.

But, it is up to us. Post your reasoning so that I may confirm information and get that APPA link made.

Liberty would not be attending if it is on Sunday the 25th, we prefer Saturdays.

We are tentatively attending. Working on a HUGE fund raiser for the same weekend. I may be able to make both happen, but not 100%. Stay Tuned.

Temple is still out for this one.. we will be reffing the scenario event that same day at OX, since we can't ref the college event ourselves. Shame.

Everyone sign up! Dont necessarily have to pay, but a good preliminary headd-count would be nice. Wilkes wont be paid up until the wednesday before the event!.....but we know we are playing so we signed up...good lesson (the more teams that show up on the appa site, the more teams that want to sign up!

You won't find a finer facility... Rick and the OXCC staff go above and beyond to help out college teams... and I personally guarantee the National's layout will be setup, even if I'm out there setting it up myself. All grass, 4,500psi fills (man, it's annoying when you play an event without that), and TONS of exposure for your club...there is a scenario that same day!!!
