mini lcd....a work in progress....

well since ive got a good cam now i think ill try and show the whole process of this thing being built
last night i decided i wanted to make the lpr for it, not adapt one so here it is purpose made for the mini.
basicly made internally the same as the macdev sonic design

actually found the springs at ace of all places, and they work

nah its a mini lcd for a customer. being built off a twister body (heh only stock part)
but the body was supposed to be on its way here from guess who
it no got here yet.............
im just dreading one aspect of it, the customer wants the twister milling (you know thw little line) off, i have to smooth the tubes .
wich means a program with very tiny stepover, i just ordered new steppers for the mill so i dont have to wait 23 hours for it to run
steppers were 400 a piece oh well i got a 4th axis and rotory table while i was at it too

yep the step over takes a long time the less (step over) the longer plus do you use z wall definition? to get your 3d kida milling without a 4 axis machine?

well the asa is a 15* one now wich sits farther back, the old asa screw hole now has a custom hold screw that fits into the slot in the lpr, alsoo another screw at the front (the old vent hole) goes into a 1/2" deep spot in the lpr for extra holding
