I've had a few questions about using the first strike round with an ego/etek. I have seen the video from planet eclipse. I wanted to do the first strike in the breech but I was in need of info because i dont want to wast my money. First can i have my detants in.
Second can i use my Deadly Wind Fibur barrel.

Yes and yes. Just size you insert to the first strike round. Barely snug will do.

The first strikes will push past any detent just like a regular paintball would.
