Its not your fault, I completely understand.
You did what you were supposed to do. In no way am I blaming this on you guys.
edit: Got another update. They just told me that the package is expected to arrive in Ft.Lauderdale in about 20-25 minutes. (Ft. Lauderdale is about 45 minutes- 1 hour away from me) From there, they will take it to my local FedEX for pickup. They also said that they don't know if all that would happen today, but if it did, it would be late in the evening. This is ridiculous.
edit2: WOW! So I got another update. I spoke to the manager because the people on the phone don't know what the hell they're talking about. To sum it up, its coming on Tuesday. I asked why it wasn't brought over to Miami from TN on a plane. They said that normally it would have been, but since it was supposed to be delivered during the week and not the weekend, and since they were in a rush due to the holidays and they didn't have space on the plane, they put it with regular freight shipping. Even when they saw it was behind schedule. Seems pretty unprofessional to me. What crap.
