The FedEx people said based on the information they have, they think it might still be in California, that the package hasn't been scanned anywhere else. I'm starting to think they're trolls.

UPDATE:

They just called me and told me its in transit to Miami! It MIGHT be delivered today. They said they'd call me back about that, too.

I shipped a package overnight fed-ex to Illinois yesterday was suppose to be delivered before 10:30 & didn't get there till about about 1 pm. today. Overloaded shipment today I guess.

I going to ship with them.

The package didn't come in today. Eric, I guess you should call and get that shipping refund.

I first called them and they said that based on their system, they thought it was still in Cali. I placed a trace on it. They then called me back and said that it actually was on the way on the plane. (was at like 5 when they told me. Was supposed to be delivered by 3). Then they said they would call me when the plane landed (which they didn't do), and that it POSSIBLY would get delivered today. It didn't.

Oh well, I'll have it tomorrow.

They told me yesterday that if it didn't come in, it would come in today.

I know, i'm pretty annoyed about it. Just spoke to them and they don't know if its on the delivery truck. They don't even know if the package is in Miami, yet. They told me that if it were to arrive in Miami now, I would need to pick it up at the Fed Ex station, that they wouldn't deliver it at this point. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and they don't even know if i'm going to have it today. If I don't get it today, they said I would need to get it on Tuesday. Fed Ex has lost my business in future shipments. I'm fed up at this point.

Sorry for the issue with fedex i wish i could help but once it leaves the warehouse and postage is paid its out of our hands. I will call them personaly and see whats going on.

You did what you were supposed to do. In no way am I blaming this on you guys.

edit: Got another update. They just told me that the package is expected to arrive in Ft.Lauderdale in about 20-25 minutes. (Ft. Lauderdale is about 45 minutes- 1 hour away from me) From there, they will take it to my local FedEX for pickup. They also said that they don't know if all that would happen today, but if it did, it would be late in the evening. This is ridiculous.

edit2: WOW! So I got another update. I spoke to the manager because the people on the phone don't know what the hell they're talking about. To sum it up, its coming on Tuesday. I asked why it wasn't brought over to Miami from TN on a plane. They said that normally it would have been, but since it was supposed to be delivered during the week and not the weekend, and since they were in a rush due to the holidays and they didn't have space on the plane, they put it with regular freight shipping. Even when they saw it was behind schedule. Seems pretty unprofessional to me. What crap.

Yes, I just picked it up.

After talking to their manager, the customer service he provided was amazing. He called after he got out of work last night to let me know he was going to try and arrange either a pick up or delivery for this morning. That was great. I personally think they made up for the late delivery with the great customer service.

I haven't opened up the box yet. Pictures coming up later.
