was wondering, are cleats allowed or do you have to wear tennis shoes? I have a pair of turf shoes...would i be able to use those?

also, do you guys have pump days?

non-metal cleats are fine and i don't believe there is a pump specific day. Definitely haven't seen one but have seen a few come out with pumps at the open play.

i use cleats everytime, just be careful on some mapes with blacktop or concrete, the courses are layered with paintballs and really slick
