E frame help

I got a dragun e1 a while back and because of the age I don't know much about it could someone give me a rundown of what kind of battery it uses 9v or 9.6v and also if the battery and all the wires are in the correct places what do I do if it will not turn on and the solenoid won't "click"?

I fixed the board I just needed to use a tester and reset the trigger circuit and it started working again.

I use a standard 9v in my dragun lcd frame. Not sure if it matters much, but it came with the crappy rechargeable. It went in the trash. I believe these were a 9.6, but my energizers work way better than the stock trash.
