Does anyone know someone who can cut a phantom barrel down from a 14" to an 8" I have a bronze color phantom that is going to cost to much to have one barrel annodized to match, and they don't think they can match it anyway.

anyone with a lathe can cut the barrel. if you cut the barrel, you wont have any porting, a raw front, and you wont have any of the straight rifling.

what you need is the barrel to be cut from the back and rethreaded to an 8 inch. like i said anyone with a lathe, measurments and know how can do it.

He can for sure cut it. I had him cut down a 14" to 12" and thread the end for a CCI muzzlebreak.

Thanks Guys, I have already contacted him, and he is going to cut my barrel down, and bore it out for freak inserts. You guys are a great source of information.
