Phil Miraglia has accepted a 200 dollar payment for his ego7 and not shipped the gun. It has been multiple months and he has now stopped responding- continually telling me he will do it "later in the week" or when he "gets into his office." I have been extremely patient with him as he appears to be a family man as well as an active member in the U.S. Army.

If anyone knows Phil could they please contact him- I would like my 200 dollars returned. I do not feel that taking months for a 30 second transaction makes sense.

If you need to see a copy of our conversation from facebook I am more than happy to send that.

I feel like I am an upstanding citizen in this community- developing branding and other designs for companies like PBRACK, RAZA, HK, Blacklist, Jimmy Hickey Photography - I thought I would turn to you for help first.

I just looked that name up on Facebook and found him. You my have better luck posting in the Theft Forum section, sir. I noticed in one of his pictures on Facebook that he was wearing a 'Red Leg' longsleeve; well, I was there this weekend and I don't recall seeing him. However, I play there quite often. If I happen to see him I will direct him to either this thread or the one in the Theft Report section (which is where this should be, but I understand you just trying to reach the community surrounding Phil).

If I see him, I will confront him on this matter and make him aware; however, in the mean time I feel you should make a thread in the Theft Report section of PbNation. This should really bring national attention to Phil, and PbNation does have a record of finding a good amount of scammers and ridding them from this site. So please, post in the Theft Forum and I believe you will get maximum help from there, sir.

Phil has either blocked me or deleted his facebook. Still no payment. Anybody know him to put the pressure on?
