Since 1873, the Global Elite have held secret meetings in the Ancient Redwood Forests of Northern California. Comprised of Presidents, tycoons, and some of the most brilliant minds in the history of mankind, this so called "Bohemian Grove" is much more than just a club. Essentially, the rulers of the free world, they are a chosen few plotting the course of history since the beginning of the century. Every war, every alliance, every rise of the dollar or fall in the market . These men have ruled behind the facade we call Goverment. They are rich, they are powerful, they are ruthless, they are "The Order of the Owl" and they'll stop at nothing to remain in control of whats left of this post apocalyptic world with limited resources.
Only one thing threatens that.........the average mans will to survive......."The Forsaken"
GAME RULES and Format!
After the great war, survivors united with the hopes of rebuilding what was lost. It was difficult finding habitable land in the wastelands, but through the perseverance of man, they managed to find land that was relatively untouched by the fallout. Before they even had a chance to settle down, they were being forced off the land at gunpoint by a small army. They declared the land to be the property of the owl and trespassers would be shot on the spot . Confused and disoriented, the unarmed civilians had no choice but to comply. As time passed, they grew tired of living off the scraps the wastelands gave them, so they decided to take action. Rather than slowly die from thirst and starvation, they were going to take back the land that was denied to them, and they were willing to die for it. Abandoned by humanity and deserted in the wastelands, they are tired, they are thirsty, they are the Forsaken and they have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

GAME RULES AND FORMAT
Welcome to the Wasteland. With the world in shambles everything that was once commonplace now becomes a commodity. Where once the populace craved the newest Iphone or assembled in crowds to pay homage to fallen pop idols now they crave a glass of clean water and assemble in bread lines for the daily morsel.
...
But not the entire populace, deep in the California woods lies Bohemian Grove, mecca for the rich and powerful, where life remains much the same as it was before the bombs fell.
Game Objectives
Water: Each side will be responsible for collecting this most valuable of all natural resources. Headquarters will be outfitted each with a reserve tank in which collected water will be poured into. For every 2 inches of water gained that side will be rewarded 10 game points. Remember water is a finite resource and that will be a constant focus out in the field. Water can only be carried to HQ’s via each sides electric truck. Water is only available from wells.
Wells: There will be a limited amount of wells in the field of play from which to draw water from. You must use a pump to extract the water. Control the wells, you control the water. Water can only be collected in the provided carriers.
Electricity: Produced at the only functioning hydroelectric dam in the area, the power generated must be connected to an HQ in order to recharge your teams truck. Recharge time for each truck is 15 minutes with 15 minutes of field time. Lose your power, you lose your ability to collect water, thus you lose points.
Trucks: The armored electric transport trucks can only be taken out with a rocket. A rocket team (limited to 2) can only carry 3 rockets per game half with them into the field at a time. Make those shots count.
Food: The Grove is one of the remaining fertile plots of land with fruits and vegetables ready to harvest. Be on the look out for these items as well.
Bonebreaker: He is the local black-market merchant who can help you with anything you want, but for a price. Gold is what he is after outside of other commodities. Gold in the Wastelands is more rare than the water and will be difficult to come by. Use it wisely.
Missions will be handed out to each commander on the half hour. Each mission can be worth a minimum of 10 points up to as much as 50 points. Objective based with a built in rewards system, complete only part of the mission and you will be rewarded with a rated amount of points.
Prepare yourselves for anything, in the Wastelands everything can change in the blink of an eye.
