Might have screwed my DM12 with a busted allen wrench.

So I was servicing my DM12 after playing tonight and when I went to remove the frame screws to get to my LPR, I busted an allen wrench in the front screw near the trigger frame... Couldn't find my Dye tool and was using some cheap set I found in my drawer.

I've been trying to get it out for an hour now and am not having any luck. I looked up ways to get it out, some from pbnation, but no go. The problem is because the hole is so small, I can't get anything else in there to do much. Any thoughts?

I can provide a picture if needed.

If the hex key broke off and is stuck in the hole, you can probably use a punch or something to break it loose. If the screw head is rounded out, you will probably need to drill it out.

It's just stuck, the stupid cheap allen key broke before it even turned. The hole is so narrow I'll have to try and find a small punch but that's all I could think of too.

Krazy glue another Allen key on top. When it dries, unscrew. Put the glue on a q-tip and tape around the screw

Another option depending on how steady a hand you have is take a dermal and make a slot for a flat head screwdriver

I can't get tape anywhere near the screw. It's the screw in the hole by the front fore grip.

I don't know if I trust myself with a dremel in spot that small lol.

Thanks for all the advice btw.

I would avoid the glue idea, if something is stuck in there good enough for steel to snap, glue will only makes things worse. Even cheap steel is stronger than super glue.

A local machine shop should have a small enough ez out to get that out. Check around a little and you might be in luck! Worst case Dye should be able to do it.
