You know most of the time when people have trouble with reballs it's the hopper, not the gun. They're malformed, dirty and some of the cheaper brands are a heavy sticky rubber. Hoppers tend to feed inconsistently with reballs a lot of the time.
If you still have problems try to lube the reballs up a bit before you use them. Some people lube them with paint from a broken ball, some use dish soap and water, some use actual oil. I'm not sure which is the best but I've personally used water with a bit of dish soap successfully. You don't want them dripping.......just moist.
