I guess you are having the same problem with me. Seems FSDO. My questions are:
-How many times did you use your AXE already?
-Is your AXE works ok before with boss bolt?
-Did you overlube your bolt system?
-Is your stock bolt works?
-Is your ASA purge air completely or not?
My problem was: cannot reach consistent velocity, and sudden drop off (with boss bolt). Before, it was good and consistent. With stock bolt, completely cannot cycle.
What i did was:
- Service the air tubes (both male and female)
- Service the solenoid
- Change the whole orings in the bolt system (Please do this)
- Relube the bolt system thinly(stock lube or techt sav or monkey poo)
You try to do that first, and try to shoot and chrono. If you had use your AXE before with boss bolt and works ok, I do think that your problem is same with me. The above solution I did last two days.
My verdict is - change the whole orings on the bolt system, and it works again. Why? Maybe your orings cracked or swollen, or overlube.
Hope this helps.

Its easy to stay grounded, because we are standing on it..
how easily does your bolt slide up and down the bolt guide? If it is difficult to move, it may be sticking when you start firing, then ok for a while after that, then sticking again when it sits a bit.
I've bought o-ring kits that had o-rings that were too fat. it caused a similar problem.

Make sure you get a nipple cover for your fill nipple on your tank. Generally the noid stops working correctly when it gets dirty. Keep dirt out of your tank and the noid and it shouldn't be a problem again.
srry for opening this again but my axe every time i shoot it i get fsdo with the stock bolt (only bolt i have) im not sure about my noid because i only have like 10 cases through my axe what should i do??
