ive measured it on my turtle cocker and if i cut down the bottom tube the bolt will still not travel far enough back to hit you....not that you would have you head hanging over the back of the marker! im guessing that miniblocks and halfies would be almost the same length

When I got my turtle, I was thinking of having the lower tube cut down also. Very nice! Looks way better than having the full tube.

There has been ab out .5 inches cutt off of the Back of PTflyers gun. THe blot will come back about 1/8" past the gun body. Then again you could just cut that much off of the back of the bolt:-)

I have a question on this... how much of a difference does it make? The one "problem " I have with doing this is having to chop up main springs... ... of course, it might be possible to just go with a harder valve spring... hmm...

well....besides making it a bit lighter....as well as a bit shorter....and looking better.....


I don't think it will make that much difference........

as for chopping the spring......I plan on using a very light valve spring.....and will more than likely just need to clip one or two loops off of the hammerspring...

It shouldn't cause any rpoblems though ,as the mag racer also has the lower tube shortened they have no problems with it like that........

well........I had that mini block, and I had drilled it for a gauge,....so I set it up....when I get the one from martin's I will probably switch it over......but I like the idea of the gauge on my markers and being a mini there are few choices.....

I not sure after martin (Jordan Martin) does his milling magic on his front blocks that I will be able drill and tap a gauge port on it .......I will have to see....but I can at least use this block to get it all set up then switch it over ...


Either way.......I will be ready to go when I finally get it that damn thing back......


As for him doing it again to another marker.........I had him swear to not do this to another body........J/K.


I am sure he would be more than happy to.........check out his site.....and remember ..anything can be done.........(for a price that is.. )
