I got my bolt on and it Chrono'd in the high 290's/low 300's but seemed super loud. Sounded like a loud crack compared to the stock bolt. Haven't tried tuning it yet but I'm hoping it'll go away after that. That was a louder sound even using the barrel vs a smart parts barrel.

Turn your dwell down. I had the same issue and that fixed it.
If that doesn't work sweet spot your back cap. Then lower your operating pressure. (:

Tune it based on the stickey. You'll get a lower operating pressure and dwell. It'll get way quieter.

? The front of the bolt guide uses the 3 stock orings (1.5mm x 11mm) or optionally 1 -012 to add a little friction if you're getting excessive blowback or something. The spacer uses -016, -014, -014 respectively with an option for a -015 in place of the front ring.

What was the square ring for?
Wish the rings came separate and labeled. Or maybe even tie a colored piece of Floss around them. And include a small piece of paper indicating which color Floss is what size oring.
And i was disappointed that they don't include stickers with orders... free advertising for them! I would have stuck them on my paintball stuff.

I got a sticker the first time I ordered from them but I bought the power pack so maybe they only throw in a sticker for that order. I just got my clamshell spacer in today. A couple questions. Is it only supposed to come with one oring? All i got was a spacer held together by one oring in the package. Second question, the oring that came with it I believe is a 015 and I think I put another 015 on the very back spot but it wasn't as stretchy as the one that with the spacer. My question is if the less stretchy oring on the back will cause a problem? I don't have any other 015s but the bolt never tocuhes that final oring so I figured that oring is just to hold the spacer together, so having a stiffer oring there would be ideal. My final question is how tight should the spacer be? Mine is on there tight and not moving anywhere but it seems the two halves don't meet perfectly on both ends so there is a tiny crack on one side. Just wondered if the spacer halves not meeting 100% flush will cause any problems. Thanks for any feedback guys.

Mine also has a tiny gap but nothing huge and it fits and stays on.
Mine came with a oring already on the spacer and a bag of other rings that I wish came separated even if by a string of floss.
I did get the power pack tho no sticker

I don't know if it will cause you issues or not, but there should be no gap between the two spacer pieces at all. You may want to sand it until it closes completely.

The very back oring and middle should be a 014 not a 015. The front should be a 016 but often a 015 works better for certain peoples bolts.

It isn't a huge gap. If one side it touching the other side has a maximum of a 1 mm gap. Well I matched the oring that came with the spacer to the one I used on the very back so I'm fairly sure I put on a 014 on the back. I have an 016 xring on the very front the spacer but it seems a tad too tight but I feel like once the oring break in it will be perfect.

Nope, but the original style spacer will work fine.

I went to the field to try and tune my lurker bolt, but can't seem to get it shooting over 260 fps or consistent. My bolt guide had 3 boss orings on it, swapped the one closest to the spacer to a -012 to try and get velocity up. Spacer is back to front -014,-014, boss -015 (the -016 seemed like it might be sticking.) I have played with my pressure from 160-200 psi and my dwell from 3 ms up to 8 ms. I have it sitting at 6.5 right now. My gun is shooting mostly in the 250's but I'll get jumps from 230-280. I just can't seem to get it figured out.

Most of the time that is actually caused by running a wider back cap setting. Relube the poppet and it'll probably start working again. When you run a wider setting you need to lube the poppet more often. Run at 1.25 turns out and it'll be more reliable and more consistent.

I read that before, which is why I didn't bring it out passed 1.5 turns. I lubed my poppet last night while installing the bolt, but guess I can try it again.

What lube are you using? If you have access to some -012 and -013 orings (70 durometer) then try to hand fit one on your poppet as well. Low velocity means not enough air is flowing past the poppet, so you know either it's not opening all the way for some reason.
