Automag owners opinion of etha

Has anybody shot mags(preferably an emag) and an Etha? I'm wondering how similar the shot is. I know minis and axes are similar, but the minis I've shot have been polar opposites to my mags. My emag shot the tightest spread out of any gun I've shot, was pretty quiet(not a big deal) and fairly kick less(probably a weight thing.) really I'm just wondering if they have a similar shot.

it does look similar to a Mag on the internals. it isnt, but similar...

Having been a mag owner for YEARS, I can say that while I loved my mags, they just dont compare to the ETHA. Technology is simply more advanced. The Etha is obviously faster, but also more accurate and better on paint (even with Level X) and MUCH more reliable and easy to maintain. Not that mags are unreliable, but I highly doubt an automag could have passed ONE of the torture tests I did to the ETHA.

I'm sorry but I had to chime in. What torture test did you perform on the ETHA that you think the Automag would fail at?

He tossed it down a gravel road about 20 yards, twice. Then left it submerged in a creek for a few minutes. Picked up the Etha, turned it on, and shot it no problem.

Here's his video: http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.p...9#post73312759

And the Automag can't handle that abuse? I am pretty sure that mine can.

Yeah. I used one of my old mags for 2 years straight without ever maintaining it or oiling it

Some kid on AO found an automag at the bottom of his pool after weeks. Aired up and shot fine.

Many people have found them in closets after years of sitting and had them work fine.

I'm not trying to at all make the case that these markers are the same. But, if there's one things mags can do, its survive a torture test.
