Internals of Alien Revelation?

Hey guys,

I've been looking for a diagram or exploded view of the internals of an Alien Revelation. I've always wondered how it works.

Any good links or images you may know of?

thanks!

I have a bunch of pics... here's one of the prototypes.

This one is part of the first run - none were sold... but appranelty at least one collector managed to get one. This one belongs to MindsEye (sp?).... pretty sure it does anyway.

There's a pin that sticks up from the bolt (easily visible in the second image) that fits into that diagonal groove in the hatch cover (visible in the last two images). With the bolt thus linked to the hatch cover the back and forth movement of the bolt then causes the hatch cover to swing to the side on its pivot point. The pivot point is in the "chin" of the alien head.

So does the breach full seal, but on the top, blocking the feedneck?

FYI
Recently someone posted the patents of this gun.
It was originally a stacked tube dump valve, or spool valve and a mechanical gun. Bottom tube was dump valve - trigger switched the air to slide the spool, seal the gun and then dump the air.
However took less travel with a poppet, so during production we switched.
In the 5th picture, the one above just the door, you can see a curved piece that the door rides on. That was the thing we added to cut down on the aluminum door wearing on the aluminum head. Small change - but we cut the groove for the ball wrong and the ball didn't clear. Really bad decision because that gun shoot for a whole season very well. We made the whole first run of guns, but couldn't fix the bad door, so the guns could be shot well enough to really play with them let alone sell them.
In that same picture you can also see the back plug that seals the back of the top tube. You can see - a little - the cut on the plug that holds the air below centerline. That is where the concept of keeping air just below centerline came from - and where we first used the oval exhaust out of the cup seal valve body.
I also think this is the first stacked gun that had the two tubes detachable.

Thanks for the good info.
Any chance you know of any videos of them floating around? Can't seem to track any down on the web.
