Milling as detailed, unique, and attractive as the current Indy.
No macroline!
Critical trigger.
A better ASA setup than the Invasion, that doesn't require several steps to remove the tank. Even if this means a "classic" ASA and reg setup.
Wraparound grips.
OLED display in the rear of the gripframe, like the new G6R and FX.
Made In The USA!
And as long as this is simply a wishlist.......
APE Gen5 OLED.
Barrel back that accepts Freak inserts.

I really dont see a 2012 Independence coming out. The market is not there.

the only things is really change are the asa i hate having the macro line coming out of the side, smaller barrel the 16'' barrel that came with mine is absolutley useless for me. out side of that i love mine, if they want to go no maco at all that would be cool just doesn't seam like that big of a deal.

you should hang around here more often, people are hungry for the new indy
what i would like to see:
-New attractive, unique, detailed milling
-Macroline-free
-Same Todao OLED board
-better button placement (i occasionally accidentally shut my gun off on dives)
-leave the screen where it is! dont move it to the back of the trigger frame
-same grips with an option for rubber wraparounds, as i love the standard grips but i know many who prefer rubber wrap arounds
-alien gat wrap or a new case
-possibly make the overall gun shorter than the previous indys
-a nice ASA
hmm. that is all!

Yea seriously! im totally waiting for the new Indy,
for me:
- Macroless or no hose coming out of the side
- If MACROLESS: Please do not have the front grip as the Invasion, i mean most guns that are macroless dont care about the foregrip, the G6R is pretty much a tall cylinder front foregrip, it has no style.
the only macroless gun that has a foregrip i like is the Rogue. Im hoping if the 2012 is macroless, they can make the front forgrip pretty sweet looking and not just a metal rod that sits there

Macroless, some nice new milling design, rear APE Gen. 5 OLED display (a man can dream), nice wraparound grips, bit nicer packaging with a quality PRINTED manual.

I would like:
1. More contoured frame, similar to an Invasion.
2. round out the area of the body between the HPR and the frame to make gripping the HPR more comfortable.
3. Different ASA, one the makes the macro line go in the front instead of on the side.
4. Don't make it shorter. It would make wrapping my hand around the HPR too uncomfortable.
5. Include a print manual.
Keep the macro line until you find any and all of the bugs with the Invasion. You already have a proven design, no need to mess that up.

Really?...The grip has a rubber
sleeve with the Alien logo. I think it is very cool. What else would be better than a soft rubber grip - that is also a volumizer - did I mention that the Alien head logo is molded in... just making sure

yea! the invasion one does look really sweet! im sure with the Indy, a sleeker design may be slapped on there? It would make sense since the Indy is a higher end, I wouldnt mind either or though

I really like the way that rubber sleeve looks on the Invasion. It would be cool if you could carry that over to the Indy.
It would also be cool if the rubber wraparound grips matched the rubber grip sleeve. It would be difficult to do wraparound grips, and still have the window in the grips for an OLED display, which is why I think the OLED display could be moved to the back of the gripframe.
I don't know if it would be feasible to make your barrel back so that it would accept Freak inserts, but that would keep you from having to make multiple barrel backs.
One other thing I forgot to mention is laser eyes. I love them. You can tell if your eyes are on with a quick look into the breech. Those should come stock as well.

Moving the led to the back weakens the grip frame. Freak insert back would be cool... Follows the clepto markers theme. Steal others great ideas and incorporate them, I like it

Freak is wrong - makes alignment harder -the can get bent, or the walls can get nicked if dropped, and those thin pieces cost more - not less. Making different backs instead is the better way.

I like to see them bring back the cf mayday barrel and OLED display in the rear of the gripframe, like the new G6R.

Like Asfaras said, OLED in the back makes the grip frame more likely to bend, not to mention Jack would have to make the grip frame thicker.. and i like it the way it is
