About 2 mins in to the video it shows the loading of a "sniper" round. My question is what is that round?

Is that confirmed because I look at the first strike one the web page and it looks like they have a short skirt, yet in the video, it looked much longer. Just courious. I was thinking it was one of those glue on tails from Scenario Dreams, but does not look like that in either.
Want to see both in person this year.
